Sales quotation sap b1 mobile app

Hello Everyone,

I can't manage to show the sales quotation PDF in the SAP B1 sales app.

The error that shows up when I click on "PDF" is "You can only work with a Crystal Report layout." but I'm using crystal report for all my reports. I can't find the mistake. Can anyone help me?

I've tried looking for the checkmark "visible on phone" but the report I'm interested in doesn't have this checkmark.

Did you resolved this issue in the mobile app pdf download? and me also facing same issue.

The "Visible for Mobile" only shows up when you are doing a custom report, not for layouts.
