Sales Order Total is Zero

There are some sales orders available in the system, they contain item line with pricing information, but the document value is 0. You want to know the reason.

The cancelled order line is not considerred in the document total as well as the preview output. 

If the sales order is cancelled entirely, then the order total is zero.
