The customer has successfully completed the sales order, from outbound delivery to invoicing.
However, the status of the sales order still remains marked as "in process."
Request clarification before answering.
Dear requester,
In the sales order item line, when the delivered quantity is less than the requested quantity, the line remains In Process on delivery status.
If you do not want to further deliver the remaining quantity of the order line, you need to set a 'reason for rejection' to cancel the remaining open quantity.
Once all the lines are finished (cancelled), the order will be completed status.
