Sales Order not showing in VKM1

Hi Experts,

Good Day!

Sales Order #1 is not showing in VKM1, while Sales Order #2 with all the same statuses is showing in the said TCode. Both SO#1 & #2 are viewable in VKM4. I also try to check the table VBUK as mentioned in the forums in SAP to check the Status "B", but table VBUK has no any data. Please help me on what could be the possible cause why SO#1 with all the same statutes with SO#2 is not showing in VKM1.

In your case Sales Order #2 is credit blocked, while Sales Order #1 is not. That's why Sales Order #1 doesn't show in VKM1.

You can check the credit status of a sales order in the header data, "Status" tab:
