sales order hedder level shipping tab showing blank no add loading date, availability date?

could you add more details, like screenshots how it's looking?
Do you see any messages?
This must be related to some master data configuration.
You should cross-check these three:
- Loading Group in Material Master
- Shipping Condition in Shipping Tab Header Level
- Plant in Shipping Tab Item Level
