I have received a customer question regarding sales order fulfillment.

They want to know if it's possible to define the issue according to their own requirements, instead of using the predefined options that have already been included within the sales process. The predefined issues are shown in the attachment in the yellow area.

How are you? I have excluded the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Sales" for this question, as Sales Orders are related to Sales Line of Business.

Currently, you can not define your own issue in SOFM, the issue type and conditon now are predefined and cannot be changed by customer. But your feedback are very important for us, actually the "custom issue" topic is in our roadmap, would you like to share more detail about your customer requirements to us, so that we can take them into consideration during the design phase
