I have received a customer question regarding sales order fulfillment.

They want to know if it's possible to define the issue according to their own requirements, instead of using the predefined options that have already been included within the sales process. The predefined issues are shown in the attachment in the yellow area.

How are you? I have excluded the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Sales" for this question, as Sales Orders are related to Sales Line of Business.

From the screen shot, some Blocks are standard and some are seems to be a customized one. Not clear what exactly your requirement is. Do you want to have new Blocks for Sale Order, Delivery and Billing ? To answer your question, yes, it is quite possible to create new Blocks but you have to ensure that there is a need to create a new one.

If does not answer your query, probably, you may have to rephrase your discussion clearly explaining which block you want to create and why the standard one does not suit the Business requirement
