Sales Order created via internet is not being shown in sales order OWL.

Sales Order are not available in the SAP ByDesign system. However, you are able to see the Sales Order in the Sales History of the respective Account and corresponding reports.

Dear Customer, 

The Sales Order created is not being shown in the ByDesign sales order OWL as this sales order is created from internet and the system is not scoped for automatic confirmation of sales order.

You can refer to the "KBA 1840866 - You Are Not Able to Find your Sales Order created from your E-Shop in the ByD system" for resolving the issue.
