Hello,

To use sales document type ‘LKJ’ in Best Practice scope item 55F, you need to ensure that ‘LKJ’ is properly defined in your SAP S/4HANA Cloud system. Here’s how you can proceed:

Steps to Define Sales Document Type ‘LKJ’

  1. Access Configuration for Sales Document Types: Configuration for Sales Scheduling Agreements

    • Navigate to the ‘Manage Your Solution’ app within your SAP S/4HANA Cloud system.
    • Go to the ‘Configuration’ section to manage your sales document types.
  2. Create Sales Document Type ‘LKJ’:

    • If ‘LKJ’ is not yet defined, you will need to create it.
    • Ensure to set the correct configurations according to your business needs. For example, if the JIT (Just-In-Time) delivery is used, ensure that your configurations meet the prerequisites mentioned in related documentation.
  3. Verify Integration with Scope Item 55F:

    • Check the documentation and configuration requirements for scope item 55F to ensure the sales document type ‘LKJ’ aligns well and fulfills the necessary requirements.
  4. Testing and Validation:

    • After defining ‘LKJ’, test it within the context of scope item 55F to confirm it works as expected.
    • Validate that all business processes linked to scope item 55F function correctly with the newly configured sales document type.
