Hi sapraks,
At Start Delivery Process why is the overall status of the delivery indicated as Open?
In your item category / schedule line category, you might have selected the item relevant for delivery checkbox. and you are still not processed the delivery yet. as result the status of the delivery is still showing OPEN.
Note: Once you select the item rel. for del chcek box in item cat. / schedule line cat. (or both) system expects delivery to be posted.
