can someone help me to check how to figureit out configuration for saftey time in Mrp 2 view in material master .

can we increase limit from 2 digits to 3 digits in mrp view .

Safety time is defined with the SHZET data element:

Two digits, i.e. up to 99 workdays is more than enough. I think something must be seriously off in your MRP planning if you need more than that.

The length of the safety time field is not customizable. Theoretically, but just theoretically, you could change the data element to 3 digits. However, it will lead to mass regeneration of dependent objects. If you are extremely lucky, that will not break down the system. Most probably it will. Such a disaster won't be covered by SAP maintenance. So when you ask SAP support for help, they will issue a fat bill, once they stop laughing. 

There is the note 2422504 - MM02: Increasing the MARC-SHZET field length telling basically the same. 

You could add a custom field for longer safety time as indicated in the note 44410 - Integrating customer-specific fields in the material master. But then you would need to modify standard MRP logic to use the custom field instead of the standard one - check the documentation to the configuration node Production -> Material Requirements Planning -> Business Add-Ins for Requirements Planning for details on MRP enhancements.
