SAC - Block/overwrite old bookmarks

Hi community,

in one of our Input Templates, we have made some changes since the last planning cycle. We have added a source column, which leads to data beeing written on, lets say, "Manual Adjustment". In the old version, we didnt had that column, hence data was writte to source "Unassigned".

If users use their old bookmarks, they still see the old version of the input template and data is written on unassigned, which is a problem.

I could copy the Input Template and dont include the bookmarks, but the users wouldnt be amused about creating new bookmarks.

Is there a solution? For example keeping the selected Filters in the bookmark, but apply them to the new input template?

Hi Eric - I came across the same issue recently. Unfortunately I couldn't find a solution.

I am not even sure if it is possible to find out which users have set their own (i.e. not global) bookmarks so that they can be proactively informed.

In an ideal scenario, an admin could see and then edit/delete private bookmarks for exactly the (not uncommon) scenario you described.
