SA cml.delivered quantity incorrect

Hi,

Recently there is a very strange problem in our ECC, The SA cml.delivered quantity shows not correct, the total outbound delivery quantity is 1500, but when we check the deliveries in SA, somehow exist a negative record -100, so total deliveries in SA become 1400 and we have to create a correction delivery with 100 qty to correct this inconsistency, I have no idea where this negative record is come from, It occurs at different SA randomly every week, anyone may know what's wrong here?

by the way, here is other information

SA Delivery schedule is updated via BAPI from the third part system weekly.

Outbound delivery is created via BAPI from the third part system daily.
