[S4HC] Replacement of Customized Email Trigger : function : so_new_document_send_api1

Hello,

       I have a requirement to send an email alert in my customized app. Are there any alternatives of FM : so_new_document_send_api1 which released for using in S4HC ( Public Edition )?

       I have already researched in community and documentation, but most of them are triggered from Standard Application via Output Determination and Control in S4HC.
