Hi @Former Member,

PROC_ABOUT_TO_EXPIRE_CTR is a predelivered situation template in the extended framework for Situation Handling. You'll find it available in the Manage Situation Types - Extended app. You can watch the video to learn more about the configuration process for this use case.

Kind regards,

Ana

@Former MemberYou can create a situation type from the template PROC_ABOUT_TO_EXPIRE_CTR in two ways:

1. In the Manage Situation Types - Extended view, click on "Create" and then "Create Situation Type". Then, choose the situation scenario "PROC_PURCHASECONTRACTHDR" and the situation template "PROC_ABOUT_TO_EXPIRE_CTR" from the dropdown menus.

2. Click directly on the template in the Manage Situation Types - Extended view and then press the "Create Situation Type" button in the top right corner of the screen. In this case, you don't need to select the situation scenario, as it's automatically determined based on the template.

@Former Member Have you taken a look at the blog post Help – Why don't I get a situation notification? The focus is on the standard framework, but it also applies to the extended framework.
