S4HANA output control cleaning of tables APOC*

While looking at big tables in DB02, I saw in tables CDHDR/CDPOS hundred of millions of record for object APOC_OR_CD. After digging into what it was, I realized that Output Control was unnecessarily enabled for object good_movement. I could delete entries in those tables with program RSCDOK99

It also created a bunch of unnecessary entries in tables APOC* that I would like to delete but I could not find any program that does that

If archiving is the only way, is it possible just to archive the output?
