Hello,
I searched a lot before writing. It seems to me that as a standard in service processes (service contract > service order > service confirmation) there aren't specific trigger for batch determination, not even the possibility for the technician to insert in the service confirmation the batch number for parts used during service execution. Batch determination takes palce in the logistic integration to the service order. If it is so, do we have a user exit to influence this behaviour, the possibility to determine the batch in the service confirmation ?
Thanks a lot

Request clarification before answering.
Dear @Irene_Faustinel,
Good day!!!
Kindly, check what is the item category that is being used for this particular item.
The batch details can be entered only the service part item category items in service confirmation document,
Ex: SCVM, SFCM, SVCS or check the respective item category it should have Object type as BUS2000142( Service material confirmation)
Hope this helps!!!!
Best Regards,
Surya.

Dear Surya,
Thanks for your reply. My concern is towards - missing common fields in the sales items used in service transaction. To our need: we need to be able to identify in the sales item of a solution quotation transaction batch and storage location. Is this possible? And if not, please kindly advise enhancement possibility.

Siriphen
