Hello all,
has someone already created Z-fields or even table extension on orders or business partners in Customer Management (in S/4HANA)? In CRM on premise there was the AET tool, which pushed the extension fields or the extension table through all layers (Web UI, GenIL, BOL, API, Database) and no code at all was necessary in the easiest case. But such a tool is not available in S4CRM. So what is the way to go here? Do you have any experiences in implementing such extensions?
Best regards,
Mireille

Hi Mireille,
you can use the app "custom fields and logic" to create extension fields for customer management. It's a general tool for S/4HANA. Select business context "Service Header" or "Service Item". The new fields will be part of database table CRMS4D_SERV_H/CRMS4D_SERV_I and BOL node BTCustomerH/BTCustomerI. If you need a whole table, you can use AET. It was reactivated by SAP in customer management (maybe not available in version 1.0).

Achim

Dear Mireille,
Unfortunately, it seems to be taking longer than usual for your question to be answered. You might want to try an alternative route to speed things up.
Please check if a similar question has already been asked in the Community. We have found that sometimes questions that have been answered before are no longer receiving responses.
The easiest way to do this, is to visit the All Questions page and search for your specific topic.
You could also check the SAP Support Portal and search for SAP Notes, SAP Knowledge Base Articles and more.
If all of this doesn’t work, I would suggest that you create a support ticket. All you need to do is log onto the SAP Support Portal with your S-user ID and password: http://service.sap.com/message
Thanks,
Mozi
