S4 Hana Standard Change and Prerequisites

Hi, 

Does someone here know where can I get the list of standard change for S4 Hana (Standard for us is only small configuration that does not take more than 3 hours of work and has no to small impact in the system) and their prerequisites (complete info needed to make the standard change)?

Example is below:

1. Create a Storage 

Prerequisites: storage location code, description, plant

2. Create New Tax code

Prerequisites: Tax code, tax type, Tax rate, Country, Current code for reference
