S&OP - creation of product groups.

Hi,

S&OP - creation of product groups. 

All the materials are created with one material type Zxxx => no products with mat type PROD exist.

In MMNR via F5 I see no interval assigned to PROD.

Does it mean that I cannot use/create product groups in MC84 / at all if the materials are not of the mat type PROD? 

I cannot create a material via mm01 with the the type PROD.

Is there any possibility to create products groups for customized material types Zxxx?
