Please note that you can find the latest standard content of Production Planning in SAP Process Navigator that includes Demand Management and Demand-Driven Replenishment:

With the latest 2402 content, we released the integration between SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP IBP to perform demand forecasting in SAP IBP using the integrated data, then transfer the results back to SAP S/4HANA Cloud as planned independent requirements.

Understood, no Embedded PP/DS is available in Public Cloud edition.

Do you know if Public Cloud happens to offer a scheduling visualization tool? Simply to see planned/production orders on a timeline and being able to move them around?

With F3951 you have a very basic tool for displaying or even relocating operations in a Gantt chart
