S/4Hana Good Receipt cannot be sent to CIG

Hello folks,

Recently our team meet an issue,  it's 42k integration with S/4Hana OP system, ver 2022. When create good receipt request, no payload is generated from S/4hana, MaterialDocumentCreateNotification_Async_Out request wasn't triggered. The app logs shows the requests are stuck here:

There's no trace log generated for material doc request in SRT_MONI.

The logical port and output configs followed the implementation guide. From the s/4hana side monitoring, the outputs are completed with no errors.   When post good receipt, the output looks fine:

Does anyone know how to fix?

Is this public cloud ? On a on prem system, I can first check in SLG1. If it's ok in SLG1, SRT_MONI can be used to check the web services. If it's also green the issue might be on the CIG configuration (I believe there was also monitoring available)

More specifically in TCode /AIF/CONTENT_EXTRACT unpack the scenario ID SAP_AIF_0032

Thanks a lot Daniel, this is working for me. I can see the MaterialDocumentCreateNotification_Async_Out got triggered.
