S/4HANA Extend BSEG from CI_COBL encounter error

Hello,

We are in S/4HANA 1809 version. I follow notes 1817913 to add custom field in BSEG, I create and add a field in CI_COBL structure, after activating I get the following errors:

TABL COEP is inconsistent in active version
COEP and proxy object V_COEP have different numbers of columns

TABLE MSEG is inconsistent in active version
MSEG and proxy object NSDM_VMSEG have different numbers of columns

This causes error "DBSQL_REDIRECT_INCONSISTENCY" when I try to browse table COEP and MSEG from SE16N. What is the right way to extend BSEG in S/4HANA?
