Hi,

We recently implemented S/4H 2020 version. When we check the Stock/Requirements list in MD04 there are some additional MRP elements are listed like TrnRes ( Stock transfer Reservation) and MtlRes ( Reservation). The Business is using high volume of data as well doing planning for feature period as well. So for single material, it has many number of material reservation (261) as well stock transfer reservation (311). It will impact the requirement visibility in MD04 as user need to scroll to check real requirement (PR, planned order, ec). We can't apply filter as we would like to display all other requirements but except these information only MRP elements ( TrnRes & MtlRes). In ECC, these MRP elements wont be visible in MD04 wherein S/4H, by default its displaying in S/4H.

Is there any configuration setting or user view setting in MD04 itself to hide only these informative MRP elements?

We aware that once the transaction is completed these reservation entry will be removed from MD04 view but on day to day business, to view real time requirements in MD04 is really hard with more number of these entries. Can anyone suggest the option how to handle this?

Thanks

Pls check if you use the MRP area for the materials, for the MRP element TrnRes (Stock transfer Reservation) and MtlRes ( Reservation), they are always found when you use the MRP area, which transfer from the plant stock location to MRP Area stock location.

In S4, many materials should use MRP area for supplier subcontracting, it's mandatory in S4, but not mandatory in ECC.

You can try to check the material master firstly, and for the MRP element, which is the important indicator in MD04, there is no way to let it disappear, unless you cancel the related document.

ex. screenshot as below:

For the material master data:
