S/4HANA 2020: Missing Functionality in Fiori - Header Texts in PR (F1643 ; F1643A ; F2229)

Introduction

Below you can find some details that it is important to check the availability of known standard functions (like header texts in PR) in S/4 releases. In this case in 2020 the functionality is not existing. 
At later stage you can find this function in the same fiori apps (see details below):

Create Purchase Requisition (ME51n)
--> you can see the HEADER TEXT is there

S/4HANA 2020

In SAP S/4HANA 2020 there are two main fiori apps to create a Purchase Requisition. 

BOTH apps do not have the possibility to add HEADER TEXTS. 

1. Create Purchase Requisition  (F1643)
   
2. Manage Purchase Requisitions - Professional (F2229)
   

S/4HANA 2023
In SAP S/4HANA 2023 it is existing (please note: mabe it is existing in previous S/4HANA releases as well, but I did not check).

But header texts are ONLY existing in the app Manage Purchase Requisitions - Professional (F2229).

In the app My Purchase Requisition (F1643A) it is still not existing.

Conclusion

There are multiple cases where some "standard" functions are missing in fiori. In this case I was not able to find any documentation or SNOTE about it. Sometimes you can find SNOTES with some details which functions are available in which S/4HANA release.

1- Create Purchase Requisition

This app is deprecated as of release SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2308 and will be deleted from the SAP Fiori launchpad in an upcoming release. We recommend you to switch to the successor app My Purchase Requisitions - New as soon as possible.
