S/4 HANA trial on GCP with 90-day, $300 Free Trial offer

Hello everyone,

is it possible to use the S/4 HANA 30-day free trial in combination with the 90-day, $300 Free trial offer on GCP? While setting up the system, I received the following error: 

Usage limits reached: Regional: - Quota 'SSD_TOTAL_GB' exceeded. Available: 500, Requested: 964 To solve this problem you have to request any additional quota from the Quotas page in the GCP console.

Additional Quota on the other hand cannot be acquired with the 90-day, $300 Free Trial offer:

Has anyone found a way to use both trials (S/4 HANA and GCP) combined and if so how?

Hi LaMi ,

During appliance creation in Basic Mode the recommended VM Sizes have been applied. In case that you create an appliance via Advanced Mode Wizard, you will be able to choose additional VM Sizes, which are applicable, but the best fitted are preselected as a default choice. Each appliance temple has own VM Sizes template depending on the deployed software and required resources. For more information, see our documentation .

The mention by you GCP related error (Quota 'SSD_TOTAL_GB' exceeded) means that you do not have enough quota in your GCP account. Whether the quota adjustment is in line with GCP offer is question related to the GCP Support.
