S/4 HANA Tracking

Hi,

We are looking for an user tracking app that would allow us to see things such as: which users are currently logged in, how much time people spend in the system, what modules users are using etc.?

Can you suggest any other app or information on how to get the desired tracking details? That would be quite helpful.

Hi there,

I don't think there is a single place where you can get all this information. Here is what I know:

1. Users currently logged in - is visible in the Maintain Business User App.

2. You can see system usage at a very high level from the Admin Console (IAS or whatever we're calling it now), however, this is simply a month on month view of login information but would give you some idea of overall usage and trend information. I know SAP can run a detailed system report (showing which parts are being used) because our CEE periodically shows us a report, however, I am pretty sure we can't run this for ourselves (as much as I have asked :))

You can see track all system activity through the "Show Change Documents‎", but I can imagine that would be too complex (large amounts of data) for most organisations
