S/4 HANA - QM order for inspection lot not created automatically for MTS

Hi team,

we have customized QM orders QL02 to be created for inspection lots with inspection origin 01.

It works fine when the 01 inspection lot is for a purchase order linked to a Sales Order (MTO flow), the inspection lot is automatically created during the raw material GR with a QM QL02 order automatically assigned to it. The issue appears when going throug the MTS flow, the inspection lot is created without having the QM order automatically created and assigned to it (the order needs to be created manually in the inspection lot account settings option).

Is there any way to get the QM order automatically created and assigned to the inspection lot for MTS flow as per the MTO one?
