S/4 HANA migration

Hello,

While migrating into S/4 HANA , we are getting the some challenges i.e

How to use user exits (call customer-function codes) – custom code written in Customer exit.. which is not available in S/4 and the Field length – especially on WRBTR issues are getting.

Could you please provide the inputs to achieve the above challenges,Thanks

our provider tells us that it takes more than a month to upgrade from ECC6 to S / 4

can you confirm ?

why is it so long?
