S/4 HANA How to hide a field runtime at BP Tcode on basis of User

Hi Experts,

Could please help me finding a solution a field

The field should Disabled/hidden for all the users who are using BP T Code (Create/Edit), While in Display mode it should display for all users.

And Visible for users XX Manager and YY Manager for all operation(Create/Edit/Display).
