Dear Experts,
How can I map the RTP process in SD, I made RTP material and charcterstic(M.type LEIH) my sale product is Gas.
after the this what is process.

I hope you are takling about RTP which means Returnable transport packaging material.
Like LPG cylinder.
If that is the requirement.

Sir,
System is not showing second line item automataclly, when I put the same manually then it is showing with Item type"DLN"
any configuration is peding for show automactally....
Check you item categroy determination in Tcode VOV4.
Ideal combination is
Sales Order
Item Catgory Group
Usage
Higher Item Category
Default Item Category
OR
+ LEIH
+ <blank>
= TAL
So, first you have check on Item category group in material master for the packing material.
For auto-determination of RTP material in sales order.
Try Item category determination for second line item.
Use TCode VOV4
from RTP material
of your main material
for your desired RTP material
LEIH -Non-returnable packaging material
TAN
TAL
VERP - Non-returnable packaging material
DLN
Maintain BOM in TCode CS01.
