fixed! some system catalogs were missing; the issue was resolved after adding them and linking the system alias.
Hey guys, I’m able to assign people using the Assign Maintenance Order Operations app(responsible ones i guess). However, when I try to assign people who gonna do real work in the Maintenance Scheduling Board, no names appear. I’ve tried many possible solutions but couldn’t fix it.
Request clarification before answering.

You have not linked any person to your Work center “TESTT”. Therefore, the system’s behaviour is expected.

Thanks for your reply. I created individual capacities for the employees. Since there is no data in the system, I created dummy records. However, I don’t know how to assign them as Business Partners. Also, I don’t have access to the Manage Workforce app., only for Public Cloud.

Consider requesting for the access to the app to enable you carry out the user assignment.
