Our company have implemented RPA on manual JV but from users feedback I get to know that they are facing error issue as in Manual JV RPA user make a excel file and upload in the RPA software then RPA sent it to the approver and approver approves it and after that it is attached with SAP and transaction get posted in SAP but if there is any error even special character error then user need to repeat the whole process again.
Can we make it possible that if there is any error we get about it at first time before approval so that approver and user time can be saved but the team who have developed the RPA told me that they cannot do the same because there is SAP in the backend and if there is SAP error SAP reads this so if we apply these validations in the front end then then our RPA get too much slow and it is not possible to do so.
Please reply me as if anyone knows about how we can apply the validations at first input check.
