Hello All,
after my notice that PCAs will not be responsible for the TVRF and COF, effetive after 1.1.25 i would like to know the future role and process of PCA, which is not clear to me yet and i did not see any explained documentation.
- For consideration> PCA do not need to fill out TVRF and COF anymore, but will do the technical assesment?
-How do the PCA provide SAP the sizing of the systems and BOM verification if this is not done by the TVRF and COF anymore?
BR Noah

Partner Cloud Architects are no longer required to submit TVRF's for review. Please request the industry Account Executives/ Midmarket Sales Executive to raise a Cloud Architect Advisor request internally. All existing opportunities handled by Partner Cloud Architects which have slipped into Q1 2025 can be RESUBMITTED by Partner Cloud Architects UNTIL 31st Jan 2025. The RESUBMISSION link will be kept active until then and the Technical Viability Review Form (TVRF) review process will be supported.Partner Cloud Architects should use the RESUBMISSION link to ensure continuity of their TVRF reviews. No new submissions will be accepted. Any deal that goes beyond 31st Jan 2025 will be taken over by the SAP Cloud Architect AdvisorTeam. A handover MUST be performed by the Partner Cloud Architect to the SAP Cloud Architect Advisor for such deals. Please note that ALL deals that have been processed/will be processed (until 31st Jan 2025) under the Partner Cloud Architect model needs to be taken through to successful Sales to Delivery handover. SAP will not take over such deals. The previously qualified Partner Cloud Architects are encouraged to engage with customers on the broad presales activities including solution architecture, RISE with SAP methodology and clean core considerations.
The good news is that you can still talk about clean core 🙄
