Roadmap Viewer Task - Not Authorized to view this resource

Hi Experts,

from time to time I find documents in some Roadmap Viewer Tasks I cannot access.

I always get the message "You are not authorized to view this resource. The resource you are trying to reach at this address requires a login." even if I'm logged in with my S-User.

As an example I try to access the document SAP Activate Quality Gate Concept (Public) in the Roadmap SAP Activate for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition (3-system landscape) (e.g. in task Conduct Project Quality Gate for Prepare Phase).

Does anybody here know the reason or have a solution for that issue?

I don't have the answer, but I have the same problem.  I am wondering, that nobody helps.

Good to hear that it's not only my problem. I already opened an incident but didn't receive an answer until now.

“Same here , I run into this with some Roadmap Viewer docs even when logged in. I think some resources might still have restricted access tied to specific authorizations or licenses. Let us know if you hear back from your incident!”
