RFQ processing in SAP ByDesign

Dear All,

I would like to automatize processing of RFQ. When I send the RFQ to more Bidders, I would like to process the quotes received from Bidders automatically. Is there any functionality in SAP ByDesign that can I use for this purpose?

Dear Marian,

Using the interactive Form you can able to update the quotes from Bidders automatically.

i.e. while sending the RFQ to Bidder, send it via Interactive Form so that Bidder will response via interactive form and once he click submit then quote automatically updated to system.
