RFQ form doesn't provide the required fields for item and header notes (texts) ?

I have requirement to add fields for item and header notes (texts).

In s4hana public clouds available data source in the RFQ form doesn't provide the required fields for item and header notes (texts), also there is no CDS view available to fetch text (even if custom fields are exposed to form)? what will be solution for this requirement?????

How are you? I have excluded the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Sourcing and Procurement" for this question, as Request for Quotations are related to Sourcing and Procurement Line of Business.

Hi Kashif, Pls check the possibilities with the following BADI extension points to include fields in the RFQ output. pls refer the "View documentation " in the custom logic app to get more information about the BADI.

I have added the custom field but cannot find the DATA source for the item notes text.
