RF Enviornment create / confirm adhoc Product not confirming

I have set this up in many tenants with no issues. However in the RF env. in this tenant when I go to Adhoc WT Creation -> Crea/Confirm Adhoc Prod I can select all the fields, source bin/ product/ qty/ destination. When i execute I get the error 😕

NO warehouse order Designed for resouce XXX (/scmm/RF_DE123

from there if I look in sap a warehouse task is created that I have to confirm. In other tenants the task is create when i do the movemet on the scanner and confirmed and other action is needed. 

what is missing here?

Hi @castin ,

whether a warehouse resource is allowed to process a warehouse order or not is determined based on the Resource Management. Please try to set up the queue determination accordingly so the warehouse task that is created is assigned to a queue that the resource is allowed to work in based on the resource group.
