reverse posting issue

dear Team ,

I am trying to reverse one posting of july 2016 in production but its change to status 66 ( incorrect posting) . but its not giving any reason . Posting period is also open for July. can you tell me any workaround for the same ?

Haven't seen this status before. In PCP0,try clicking on Edit - Reversal - Reset after termination.

I did it then again its in status 50 means posted document . I just want to clear that there are no clearing document also

Ok after resetting, once again click on Reverse documents. Please send a screenshot of each screen you get further to this.

Can  you please  double  click  document,  at the  end  you will  find  error  message at bottom  of  document.  Then share  the  screen  shot.

thanks Vinodh you are right , I got the answer . Actually that user does not have authorization for the same

Check with T Code FB08. Whether it is reversed or not. One of the reason Incorrect reversal document status 66 is clearing document or if the reversal document status 50 then you can reverse without error.

If it is not reversed due to clearing document ...then goto FB03 and check for clearing doc number.......reset this with TCode FBRA....then reverse the posting documents.....
