Revenue recognition service order type RP01 and RP02

Dear experts,

I am implementing SAP S/4HANA public cloud event based revenue recognition on service document for a customer.

It is working  perfectly for service order type SV01 and SV02 but not for RPO1 and RPO2.

On the Help Portal I can see documentation only  for SV01 and SV02.

When I check the app : F6007 : Event-Based Revenue Recognition - Service Documents, I can see in the order type filter RPO1 and RPO2: 

We have created repir orders with  costs and customer invoice. But no posting of revenue recognition or wip are posted.

Can you confirm that event based revenue recognition works for Service order document type RPO1 and RPO2 ?

Hello,

As of March 2025, event-based revenue recognition in SAP S/4HANA Cloud currently does not support repair orders like RPO1 and RPO2. Although you see them listed in filters within certain apps, the functionality to post event-based revenue recognition for these types of repair orders is not available yet.
