Return Process for Returnable Packing Material

Dear Experts,

In SAP S4HANA Public Cloud, I am trying to create a Sales Order for Returns of Returnable Packing Material referring the best practice document.

As per the best practices document, I am using the Sales Order type as CBG0 but it is by default picking item category as LAN and I am getting the below error:

Transaction LAN is not defined

Message no. V1347

So far, I have created a packaging material type LEIH with quantity update tick and created a Sales Order for the same, Outbound delivery and Invoice. Now getting this issue while taking back this material.

Check whether MRP view is maintained for this material. If so, check what MRP type is set for this material. Then, check in vov5 whether for that item category, this MRP type is maintained.
