Return Process during PGR Required Movement Type 655 Goods Returns QI (Quality Inspection) Required.

Hello Experts,

We need your help on this specific return process. Our business requirement is that during PGR goods will move to quality inspection. I have checked through the order type CBAR standard return process, where I am getting only 653 and 657 movement types triggered automatically as per follow-up activity. And in the Lean Return CBRE, only 651 and 653 are available to determine. As you knew, we can't create any schedule lines in the public cloud. In this case, I need your support; how could I achieve my client requirements?

Client wants during outbound delivery for returns. Order Specific Goods should be under Quality Inspection, with below points

1. QC blocked the FG item where it needed rework to ensure the required quality.
2. Customer returned goods are sorted and reworked for ensuring the required quality of FG items.

Please Guide us How could we achieve it?
