We have an employee who just retired, and our payroll technician forgot to change his retirement plan contribution amount to $10k per his request. Now the employee has been separated. I entered a new savings plan record to deduct $10k from the final check, and ran the current pay period, which retros back to the last pay period, however the amounts don't change in the retro paystub. How can I get this to recalculate?
To add another degree of difficulty... we also need for the taxes withheld to remain the same, so I need a way to override the retro, once I'm able to force the retro to recalculate his 457 plan.
