Retrieve documents with * as document class and 'Always Copy Document Class from Document' active

Hi,

I know that the setting in OAG1 'Always Copy Document Class from Document Type' needs to be deactivated when archiving documents with document class '*'. But is their a way to restore those documents in case this setting was enabled? I need to change these documents to 'msg' as their document class.

Is it for example possible to change the mime type of these documents in transaction TOADD?

I have access to the archive server and I'm able to change the mime type of those document from text/x-docType to APPLICATION/VND.MS-OUTLOOK.

Is there a way to refresh the document in SAP so that (new) settings for the document from the OpenText Archive server can come through?

Any other thought are welcome as well 🙂
