Restricting the ME21 screen inputs

Hello Everyone,

How to restrict the ME2L selection screen inputs like parameters & select-options.

ME2L package is ME. checked in se84 - business add-ins. There is no badi for me.

Please anyone help me to resolve this issues.

Did you already try to create Transaction Variant or some coding in the multiple Enhancement spots provided in this report?

Did you try creating a transaction variant and assigning that to your t-code ? I hope below blog would be helpful to restrict selections using transaction variant.

I am trying to create a screen variant through SDD0. after entering the input in screen, configuration pop up screen not appeared.

Hello Sir, kindly suggest any badi for ME2l. customer also want to restrict the delivery date(from date & To date - not exceed more than 6 months

If creating transaction variants is not enough:

As I would not expect a BAdI in such a report (selection screen), check the Abap source with SE80, better look for implicit/explicit avalibale enhancement spots to add some code like

• AT SELECTION-SCREEN ON S_EINDT to check the duration (insure select-options not empty adn sum of high minus low lower than limit)
• call FM SELECT_OPTIONS_RESTRICT to change some selection screen behaviour (in PBO, .AT SELECTION-SCREEN OUTPUT
