Restrict Fields in Mass Change

Hi All,

We have a requirement to restrict users changing fields like Basic Start / Finish date using "Carry out Mass Change".

Is there a possibility to restrict or if so what will be the impact.

Alternate option, we are thinking of restricting the access and provide access to limited users.

There is an authorisation object (I_MASS) which controls who can make mass changes.

Thanks, If we restrict, it will not allow any mass change. We have restricted some fields for manual changes, so users are able to do changes using Mass Change functionality.

Is there any enhancement possible to restrict / hide some fields
