there were 2 companies with different company codes
While trying to create G/L account groups on OBD4 on one of the companies i created some groups that are not correct so i select 5 (there were only 5) and delete them and save it.
but when i go back to the easy access page and comeback the G/L account group of the other company is also deleted and showing "no entries exist, double click for long text"
how did it remove the G/L account group of the other company and how can i recover these groups(there was so many account groups on the other company

Can you check with SCU3 on V_T077S, or browse the DBTABLOG table, to see who deleted these records and with what program, another user or a handling error?
OBD4 is just an SM30 running a generated program, so it shouldn't do anything weird, there is just an event defined during creation to initialise a field, and a special program for the menu, check it with SE54.

Did you accidentally use a global delete option in the menu, such as F7 + shift-F2 ?
Was this data stored in a released transport request that you could import back into the current system, or transported to another system where you could re-export it back into the current system in a copy transport request (in case too many objects in the original request) ?
as you can see there is select all option in OBD4 - in the screenshot attached below these are the records that have been deleted and i want to recreate them but in order to do that there a lot of accounts and as you can see in the image i need also (From account and To account ) Fields so if you can guide me if there is a way i can get(export) this data in excel of word format
