Resource Billing Customer Project - No billing item trigger after booking my time sheet

Hi Expert,

I created a customer project with contract type and item usage in billing plan equal to "Time and Expenses" 

I set the status of the project to " In Execution" and proceed to book my time to the project. The time cost was posted to the project.

However, when i try to generate the Billing Proposal, the amount in the proposal line item is zero.

Am I missing some configuration steps or processing steps to generate the resource related billing?

Hi pokkwonghan ,

Please also check app "Process Unposted Time Confirmations" whether there is any error occurred during the posting of time recording. If yes, please correct the error to post again.

Hi pokkwonghan , Generally it will take a couple of hours to update the amount. However, you can still select the billing proposal and release to create DMR.

In case if you're getting "No Expenditure items" found error while releasing the proposal, Please check the billing Due data and time Entry dates are matching or not.
