Resolve internal problems App

Hi Experts,

Is there a step-by-step configuration for the Resolve Internal Problem app? I'm having difficulties in Step D1. Users w/ Business Partners are not showing in the partner value.

I've already gone through the steps in the thread below.

Same case, where we use BP but in the app don´t finde any BP for process, some recomendation?
