This is not possible because Company codes are different entities. And what is the reason you want to reverse in different company code, just curious to understand the business scenario.

the business is that company code owns materials and another company code has a projects and doesn't have inventories GL all operations are issued on expense account so in old system they use to issue on WBS for another company codes so i search about the capability to do this in SAP

Hi @2831990 this is possible provided both the company code assigned same controlling area using MIGO you can post goods issue try 221 movement type also maintain OBYA settings between company codes involved.
